Scarecrow & Pumpkin Trail - 28 October 24

Join us for a little half term fun!  Hop on the train at Lowestoft, Oulton Broad South, Beccles or Brampton and head to Halesworth.

Follow the map from the station, through the main street (pedestrianised) and collect the letters in the windows of the shops. Each shop will have a scarecrow, or a ghost in the window, and each letter will be in a pumpkin. Collect all the letters and solve the puzzle. Post your finished sheet into the letterbox at the library as you go back to the station for the chance of winning a prize!

Starting at 12.30 in the church hall, there will be a craft session! Make a mini scarecrow, glass jar scarecrow, masks and colouring.  Complimentary snacks will be available. Why not bring a picnic or a packed lunch?

Go home on any train that day, don’t forget to post your finished sheet at the library!!!

Fancy dress optional!!!!

There is a 5min walk from the station to the main street. Ticket price also includes cost of entry for the Scarecrow trail draw.

Please collect your tickets in advance, and board the front carriage of the train.  Train leaves at 11.06.  Look for the lady dressed as a scarecrow!!!!
