If this is your first time ordering on our website, you will receive a brand new Smart Card in the post. Please allow 5 working days for this to arrive. Subsequent term tickets can be added to that Smart Card, so keep hold of it when the term ends. 

Please note, Harold Wood and other Metro line stations may not activate tickets. Please use the Greater Anglia App or ingatestone station to activate your Pass.
